INITAL HYDROTHERAPY
During your initial appointment, we will discuss your health history, lifestyle, goals and explain in detail how the process works. following the session, you will receive post session guidance to ensure you are equipped with all you need to know to maximize the benefits of your treatment.
FOLLOW UP TREATMENT
When returning for a follow up we will discuss how you felt after your last session, any changes noticed and any adjustments needed for your treatment plan, followed by post session care.
COFFEE TREATMENT
This specialised treatment involves coffee infused water to help stimulate detoxification, liver function and overall, wellbeing.
It is recommended you have at least two colonics before moving onto coffee.
WOOD THERAPY
A natural non invasive technique using specialised tools to massage the body.
it is advised you hydrate well before and after the session to support lymphatic drainage
